In 2015, after 2 decades of climbing the leadership ladder as an engineer, having experienced the challenges that entails, I started my professional coaching journey.

 

Applying my engineering leadership experience, combined with my 23 year track record of leadership in the army, I dedicate my time and energy to support leaders and teams to accelerate their results by capitalizing on human talent.
